Experience Requirements
A Minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a senior management In Courrier Or Delivery Company In Similar position is mandatory.
Experience as a Head of Operations, Logistics Manager, or a similar role in a well- established courier or logistics company is highly preferred.
Must have deep technical and market knowledge of the courier and logistics industry.
Technical/Computer Skills (Mandatory):
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated proficiency in Logistics & Courier Management Systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, Route Optimization software).
Practical experience utilizing Real-time Tracking and Digital Proof of Delivery systems.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be an advantage.
General Skills:
Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.
Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a large operational team.

The expert will be primarily responsible for the following critical tasks:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and directly manage all strategic planning, policy formulation, and operational activities at the Top Management level of the courier service.
Operational Excellence: Maximize efficiency and quality in daily Operation Flow, Warehouse Management, Route Planning, and overall Logistics processes.
Business Growth: Analyze market trends, innovate, and successfully implement new strategies for organizational growth, expansion, and revenue targets.
Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Operations and Delivery teams to foster a strong, high-performing working environment.
