Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Product: One-Time Use Shaving Razor (Max Brand-China)

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic, target-driven, and field-oriented Marketing and Sales Executives to promote and expand the market for our One-Time Shaving Razor product. The ideal candidates will be responsible for increasing product distribution, achieving sales targets, building strong retail networks, and enhancing brand visibility in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Expand market coverage by onboarding new retail outlets and distribution partners.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product placement, and competitor activities.

  • Collect payments and ensure timely reconciliation of sales transactions where required.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and visibility.

  • Conduct in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities.

  • Coordinate with retailers to secure prime shelf placement and promotional displays.

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve product positioning.

  • Assist in developing marketing materials such as posters, banners, and point-of-sale displays.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media promotions if applicable.

3. Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotional strategies, and new product launches.

  • Analyze customer buying patterns and provide regular market feedback to management.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and activity reports.

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.

4. Brand Building

  • Ensure proper brand representation in all retail outlets.

  • Educate retailers and customers about product features, quality, and pricing advantages.

  • Build brand recognition in both urban and rural markets.

5. Customer Service

  • Address retailer and distributor concerns promptly.

  • Ensure consistent product availability and resolve supply issues.

  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.

  • Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at retail outlets.

  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.

  • Collect payments (if required) and ensure proper documentation.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

  • Maintain records of client visits and orders.

  • Provide territory performance updates to management.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum SSC/HSC/Diploma (Business/Marketing preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in personal care products preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is an advantage.

  • Motorcycle and valid driving license preferred (if field-based).

  • Monthly sales volume achievement.

  • Number of new retail outlets added.

  • Market coverage expansion.

  • On-time reporting submission.

  • Collection efficiency (if applicable).

  • Product visibility score in assigned territory.
