Responsibilities & Context:
1.Supervise daily operations of the block production and yard activities.
2.Coordinate and assist during vehicle loading and delivery of blocks to ensure timely dispatch.
3.Monitor quantity, quality, and condition of blocks during delivery.
4.Maintain accurate stock records of finished goods and raw materials.
5.Update daily in/out stock registers and report discrepancies, if any.
6.Ensure proper stacking and storage of blocks in the yard.
7.Coordinate with production, sales, and distribution teams for smooth operations.
8.Check delivery challans and confirm quantities before dispatch.
9.Ensure safety and discipline of workers during loading and unloading.
10.Report daily work progress and stock status to management.
