• 2– 3 Years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B sectors.

• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

• Knowledge of compliance and advertising restrictions in tobacco-related marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for both business verticals (Both B2B & B2C).
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and SEO performance.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Monitor and report analytics from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align digital strategies with company goals.
• Manage and grow online brand visibility, reputation, and engagement.
