• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering/ Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry from a reputated university.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• 2–5 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or formulation laboratory.

• Experience in R&D, product development, or analytical testing will be given preference.

• Fresh graduates with strong lab skills may be considered for trainee positions.

• Familiar with USP, GMP, and GLP standards.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work within a cross-functional team

Ezma Industries is hiring an experienced Chemical Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and product development

Department: Research & Development

The ideal candidate will ensure that all lab and product development work meets USP, GMP, and GLP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance for USP-grade raw materials.
• Perform lab-scale synthesis, purification, and quality testing.
• Operate analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, pH meters, titration equipment.
• Maintain accurate R&D documentation, experiment logs, stability data, and batch records.
• Ensure GLP, GMP, and safety compliance inside the laboratory.
• Assist in the scale-up of successful formulations for pilot production.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Compliance teams to improve processes.
• Participate in troubleshooting, process optimization, and raw material validation.
