- Knowledge of visa processes, and tourism trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, confident, customer-focused and well-organized.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote, visa services and other agency offerings through online and offline channels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Manage and update social media platforms and assist with digital marketing content.
- Counsel clients on travel options, destinations, visa requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Present and record company announcements, promotional messages, and marketing content on video.
- Represent the company professionally in video content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
