• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field·      

• Previous experience in a travel agency, marketing, or customer service role is an advantage.      

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.      

• Knowledge of visa processes, and tourism trends is a plus.      

• Proficiency in MS Office.      

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.     

• Friendly, confident, customer-focused and well-organized.     

• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

·       Promote, visa services and other agency offerings through online and offline channels.

·       Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

·       Manage and update social media platforms and assist with digital marketing content.

·       Counsel clients on travel options, destinations, visa requirements.

·       Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads.

·       Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

·         Present and record company announcements, promotional messages, and marketing content on video.

·        Represent the company professionally in video content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
