∎ Job Context: We are (100% Export Oriented Denim Manufacturing Company) looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
∎ Education:• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ • Textile Background will be given preference. Job Location: Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Job Responsibilities:•
∎ Responsible for Washing Marketing of a 100% export-oriented woven & bottom goods and must have capability of marketing for wash Minimum 30,000-piece par day business.
∎ • Must have good relation of different buying houses & Industries.
∎ • Take necessary step to fill the monthly basis order by keeping in view of both plant capacity and their utilization.
∎ •Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ • Make a healthy relationship with the client•
∎ Give feedback for latest trend and market forecast and demand
∎ • Have concrete monthly basis plan to Generate business with existing and new customers
∎ •Analyze the competitor and find the uniqueness in existing plant for new customers
∎ • Negotiates the price and values of company products with customers .
∎ • Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for timely dispatch.
∎ • Coordinates with the Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers' demand in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ • Provides inputs into the costing of products based on market surveys to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing.
∎ • Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
∎ • Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ • Plan, organize, lead, and control the total activity of a washing factory in order to achieve the target set by management.
∎ •Good Knowledge in washing, Chemical Utilization, Process.
∎ • Production follows up with the washing plant for Proper delivery.
∎ • Creative inputs on new wash ideas which are lined with trends and customer expectations.
∎ • Do Follow ups of financial recovery with the client with due diligence.
∎ •Day Wise reporting to Operation Head for Capacity delivery and related matters.
∎ • Proven experience in Denim and Garments Dyeing Factory.
∎ • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
∎ • Well conversant with IT equipment.
