• Strong understanding of textile chemical products and their applications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Proficient in marketing software tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Ben Tech`s textile chemicals in Bangladesh.

• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Manage and oversee public relations activities to enhance brand awareness.

• Foster strong relationships with key industry players, including textile mills, buying houses, and trade associations.

• Analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
