Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for SWARNA products to increase market share and brand awareness.
Plan and manage nationwide promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and retail outlets to ensure strong product visibility and availability.
Manage product packaging, branding, and advertisement campaigns (TV, print, and social media).
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets.
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
Organize exhibitions, fairs, and consumer engagement events.
Prepare periodic marketing reports and forecasts for management.
