Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Budgeting:
∎ 1. Analyze current Market Status & Share
∎ 2. Conduct SWOT Analysis & Probability Analysis
∎ 3. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
∎ 4. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
∎ 5. Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company's objectives.
∎ 6. Define the KRAs, Promotional Medium or Tools & Business Development Initiatives
∎ 7. Develop and oversee the company's marketing budget.
∎ 8. Develop and recommend product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and same align with product wise market trend and quality standard.
∎ Brandings & Promotions:
∎ 1. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
∎ 2. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ 3. Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
∎ 4. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ 5. Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
∎ 6. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
∎ 7. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
∎ 8. Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
∎ 9. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
∎ 10. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
∎ 11. Liaison with media and advertising & Collaborate with the sales function
∎ Customer Management:
∎ 1. Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
∎ 2. Monitor the Competitors' Offerings to the Customers.
∎ 3. Find and Develop the Competitive Advantage on Customers.
∎ 4. Giving customer feedback to the production department
∎ Product & Market Development:
∎ 1. Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ 2. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
∎ 3. Expand and develop marketing platforms
∎ 4. Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the marketing strategies and action plans while competing with other market players
∎ 5. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
∎ 6. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ 7. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
∎ 8. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
∎ Sales Team Development:
∎ 1. Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy.
∎ 2. evaluating sales call results
∎ 3. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
∎ Goal Management:
∎ 1. Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing & sales department.
∎ 2. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
∎ 3. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
∎ 4. Manage the marketing budget
∎ 5. Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
∎ 6. Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
∎ 7. Handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ 8. Monitor industry's best practices and updates to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Business Acumen.
∎ Leadership Skills.
∎ Planning & Critical Thinking.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Comfort and familiarity with computers and the Internet
