Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximize channel strategy to deliver most cost-efficient route to market in line with overall sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Drive repeat visits through effective product offering in line with CAPEX budgets and a calendar of events, focus on annual pass sales and repeat visit incentive/communication.
∎ Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions with third party brand partners and combine ticket packages/partner attraction promotional activity.
∎ Understand target customer profiles and increase the market share of visitation within individuals, schools and groups markets across both midweek and weekend trading periods.
∎ Attend relevant Network events, build relationships with key partners and maximize awareness of competitor market activity.
∎ Co-ordinate with the General Manager, Marketing Director, Finance Director and Divisional Director to deliver appropriate commercial marketing performance and report monthly at Business reviews.
∎ Deliver proven cut through on all PR activity and ascertain PR coverage against change in visitor numbers and audience profile.
∎ Management of PR agency, motivating and setting their objectives as well as leadership of monthly PR status meetings attended by the General Manager and leadership team.
∎ Oversee the control of the marketing budget and report monthly to the General Manager and at monthly business reviews.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness
∎ Knowledge and experience in Marketing and Sales Management
∎ Knowledge of business and project management principles and practices
∎ Strong marketing and budget management skills.
∎ Strong project management skills to drive ideas and opportunities through to completion and measure return on investment.
∎ Management experience preferred.
∎ Strong trade/groups skills.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing marketing and sales team.
Salary: Negotiable
