Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, energetic, efficient, Executive in Accounts department who possesses excellent knowledge of accounting. He/ She will prepare payment voucher, post bill in the software and issue cheque against payment voucher. He/ She also forecast management party due by preparing supplier aging. Reconcile Bank statement and do needful adjustment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
∎ Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
∎ Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
∎ Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
∎ Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
∎ Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
∎ Prepare Payment voucher with necessary documentation
∎ Post Bill/ Journals in the software
∎ Filing Bill and other necessary documents
∎ Do monthly Bank Reconciliation
∎ Deduct Tax/ VAT in consultation with Compliance department
∎ Provide necessary document to compliance department for Tax/VAT return
∎ Issue Mushak- 6.6 and TDS certificate to the supplier
∎ Disburse Payroll related bank transfer
∎ Any other task assigned by head of department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven work experience similar role
∎ Excellent in M/S Office specially in excel
Salary: Negotiable
