Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. You`ll ensure their needs are met, their questions are answered, and their overall experience with our company is positive. Your work will mostly consist of communicating with clients via our proprietary customer management platform, using its built-in chat function. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing manager and will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects at once. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, proficient in using AI tools for language translation, and have a strong client-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations.
∎ Design strategy and set goals for growth.
∎ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
∎ Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
∎ Provide general secretarial support in overall office operations, assignments, and projects.
∎ Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
∎ Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
∎ Prepare regular reports for upper management. Work with management to create new opportunities for growth.
∎ Account managing and retaining a portfolio of key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Implementing marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors' analysis.
