Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be qualified Agriculturist. Bachelor or Masters on Agronomy/Agribusiness from reputed Agricultural University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
fertilizer and pesticide
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides for the crops.
∎ Build networks with Govt. offices/dealers/retailers/farmers for sales and distribution of Fertilizer & Pesticides.
∎ Prepare a roadmap of advertisement and sales promotion and specify the channels of distribution for goods and services.
∎ Hiring & keeping the right dealers/retailers.
∎ Monitoring & Packaging requirement for sale.
∎ Making an inventory and accounting for sales and distribution.
∎ Cooperate with the project manager for record keeping.
∎ Knowing the market conditions and staying up to date on it.
∎ Innovating new product opportunities.
∎ Promote the business and increase the sales.
∎ To study the needs and wants of consumers and according to it fulfill their demands.
∎ To make the regular supply of goods and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in agro-businesses.
∎ Planning and Time Management.
∎ Critical Thinking and Analysis.
∎ Technology Proficient.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
