Strategic Planning & Market Development:
· Develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget aligned with company goals.
· Conduct market research on crops, regions, competitors and consumer behavior.
· Identify emerging trends, new markets, and opportunities for product expansion.
Branding & Promotion:
· Ensure Product branding and position and build strong brand awareness.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
· Design marketing materials and develop tools.
Farmer & Channel Engagement:
· Organize and manage farmer meetings, training programs and awareness sessions.
· Build relationships with farmer, dealer and government agencies.
· Collect feedback and communicate to product development/R&D teams.
Sales Support & Coordination:
· Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.
· Provide tools, data, and materials to enhance performance.
· Monitor product performance in the field and recommend improvements.
· Provide Product and marketing training to sales team.
· Track competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
Digital & Modern Marketing:
· Drive digital marketing initiatives (social media, mobile apps, SMS campaigns).
· Manage social media presence and digital campaigns.
Monitoring & Reporting:
· Analyze marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness and farmer response.
· Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports.
· Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
