• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Financial Consultants, Call Center, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Conduct fashion and content trend research and generate fresh ideas.

• Provide art and creative direction for marketing campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with models, influencers, and creative professionals.

• Set a clear vision and execute it by choosing the right people for projects.

• Mentor the in-house team to refine taste and improve efficiency.

• Plan and execute effective marketing strategies.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs.

• Manage advertising, promotions, and brand development.

• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align strategies.

• Track campaign performance and manage budgets.

• Lead the marketing team with strong communication and motivation.
