Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the marketing team to strategies and execute all activities in Company which include brand communication, events & activation, business development, digital promotions, content and design, and public relations.
∎ Spearheaded business growth and retention
∎ Introduce loyalty program, Upgrade Points, for customers which has increased customer retention.
∎ Dedicated to monthly target achieve, ensure to acquire long term dues Collection.
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Experienced in using SQL to build send logic and targeting queries. Highly comfortable with Excel / spreadsheets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task..
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
