Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation:
Manage active profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for assigned ventures, maintaining a consistent posting cadence and monitoring engagement.
Plan, schedule, and produce written and visual content (captions, headlines, emails) that accurately reflects each brand's unique tone and audience.
Support the development of content calendars and campaign briefs, flagging what content performs best.
Lead Generation, Outreach & Reporting:
Assist in identifying prospective leads and support outbound efforts like email sequences and LinkedIn connection campaigns.
Maintain organized lead lists, outreach logs, and response trackers.
Track performance metrics across channels and compile regular reports, developing the habit of connecting marketing efforts to tangible outcomes.
What You Bring:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly in strong English and adapt your tone to different brand voices.
Familiarity with social media management and basic lead generation principles (e.g., funnels, conversions).
Exposure to tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Notion, and various AI tools.
Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously without mixing up brand voices or losing track of details.

Stipend & Duration:
Duration: 3-month internship.
Stipend: 8,000 BDT per month.
Future Prospects: Strong performers will be considered for extended engagement or full-time conversion at the close of the internship period.

Magpie Nest is seeking a Marketing Intern for our Business Systems & Performance (BSP) department to support the marketing function across our venture portfolio. You will execute across social media, content creation, outreach, and performance reporting. This is not a single-brand in-house role; it requires the ability to context-switch, adapt your tone, produce brand-specific work, and track performance across multiple businesses simultaneously.
