Responsibilities & Context:
Project Tracking & Web Oversight:
Track the status of active technology projects and maintain clear, up-to-date project logs.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and developers to ensure tasks progress and surface blockers to the BSP lead.
Monitor live web properties and applications for performance issues, errors, or anomalies.
Ensure changes, deployments, or updates are logged and communicated properly.
AI, Automation Upkeep & Reporting:
Support the maintenance and monitoring of AI-powered workflows and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).
Test new tools or workflow updates before they go live and document automation logic.
Produce regular status reports covering project health, platform uptime, and outstanding issues.
Build and maintain internal documentation, trackers, and dashboards for the broader team.
What You Bring:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related CSE discipline.
Basic working knowledge of web technologies—enough to identify issues and follow technical conversations with developers.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana).
Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
Strong written communication in English for reporting and documentation purposes.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without losing track of details.

Stipend & Duration:

Magpie Nest is seeking a Technology & Systems Intern for our Business Systems & Performance (BSP) department. This role acts as an active oversight layer across our technology projects and digital infrastructure. Ideal for a CSE background candidate, you will support live projects by tracking progress, flagging blockers, and maintaining tool upkeeps. This is not a development role, but rather a position for someone who understands technical systems and can act as an informed coordinator to ensure no task falls dormant.
