• Identify and approach new clients (local & overseas) who need manpower supply.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements with employers.

• Analyze competitors and prepare strategies to attract new clients.

• Coordinate between clients and the recruitment team to ensure smooth manpower supply.

• Ensure timely communication with clients about requirements, documentation, and recruitment progress.

• Maintain client databases and prepare regular reports for management.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and sales targets.
