Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach new clients (local & overseas) who need manpower supply.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements with employers.
Analyze competitors and prepare strategies to attract new clients.
Coordinate between clients and the recruitment team to ensure smooth manpower supply.
Ensure timely communication with clients about requirements, documentation, and recruitment progress.
Maintain client databases and prepare regular reports for management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and sales targets.
