Job Responsibilities:
∎ Student and Guardian Engagement:
∎ Effectively communicate the benefits and unique offerings of our coaching center to demonstrate how we can help students succeed in their university admissions.
∎ Promotion and Branding:
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our coaching services, ensuring maximum visibility in the target market.
∎ Develop creative strategies to enhance brand recognition and establish a strong presence in the education industry.
∎ Relationship Building:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to establish partnerships and referral networks.
∎ Collaborate with academic counselors and faculty to ensure a smooth transition for students into our coaching programs.
∎ Market Research and Analysis:
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
∎ Analyze data to tailor marketing strategies and improve our services to meet the evolving needs of students and their families.
∎ Event Coordination:
∎ Organize and participate in events such as seminars, workshops, and fairs to showcase our coaching center and engage with potential students.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
