Job Context

Scholars’ University Admission Coaching is a leading institution in Bangladesh for university admission test preparation, including Dhaka University and IBA. We are seeking a Computer Operator Executive to handle book and lecture sheet preparation, question formatting, graphics design, student data entry, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong computer skills, fast typing in Bangla and English, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up books, lecture sheets, and other academic materials.

• Format documents and send them to press in a print-ready format.

• Assist in preparing exam questions, model tests, and class tests for different admission programs.

• Work with graphics design tasks including book covers, lecture sheet covers, and promotional designs for both online (Facebook posts) and offline (printing).

• Ensure accurate student data entry and maintain records in digital systems.

• Type academic and administrative content in both Bangla and English (minimum typing speed: Bangla – 25 wpm, English – 35 wpm).

• Support teachers and management by providing computer-related and IT assistance.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling academic documents and student information.

• Coordinate with the printing press, design team, and admin department to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Contribute to promotional activities by preparing digital contents and printable designs.
