Responsibilities & Context:
Enter and maintain office data accurately.
Operate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications efficiently.
Prepare official documents and manage email correspondence.
Perform printing, scanning, photocopying, and file management.
Must have good knowledge of Graphic Design and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
Design social media posts, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials as required.
Maintain confidentiality of office records and information.
Perform other official duties assigned by the management.
