Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, confident, and proactive female Marketing Executive who has a strong understanding of content, visuals, travel, social media, and influencer coordination. This role requires both online and occasional on-ground support during shoots, events, or collaborations.
Work Type: Remote + Physical presence when required
We are looking for
✔ Content creation experience
✔ Basic Design sense
✔ Shoot / camera framing understanding
✔ Knowledge of social media content trends
Bonus Skills:
✔ Photography or videography experience
✔ Knowledge of reels / short-form content trends
✔ Knowledge of Influencer platforms or digital marketing
✔ Mobile video editing basic skills (CapCut)
✔ Basic Canva skills
Major Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
Find and shortlist influencers based on project needs
Communicate and present proposals to influencers
Share brand theme, campaign ideas & content expectations
Collect content within deadlines and follow up as needed
Publish or schedule posts across social media platforms
Maintain relationships with creators
Shoot Coordination (On-site when required)
Assist content creator, CEO/Trainer, and production team during shoots
Guide talent/models based on content plan
Handle basic shoot logistics & model payments
Move with CEO/Trainer when needed
Ensure content quality and proper execution
Marketing Strategy & Content Planning
Share creative content ideas based on trends & content experience
Suggest monthly marketing plans and campaign ideas
Collaborate with CEO for brainstorming & approval
Plan and schedule next month’s content calendar
Suggest seasonal or trending content opportunities
Give input in planning live, reels, campaign launches
