Job Context:
∎ Cybernetics Bangladesh, the largest retail software & solutions provider in Bangladesh is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative (Field-based) to join our fast-growing team. Duties will include sales presentations and services demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in Email Communication, presentation, proposal documentation, negotiation & business communication.

∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in -Marketing/CSE/Software Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Ecommerce, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ (Education doesn`t matter as long as you have Selling skills in Software)
∎ Experience Requirements: 1-2 years
∎ Qualifications (Must):

∎ -Fluent English (Speaking & Writing)
∎ -Must have good knowledge about Effective email communication skills.
∎ -Must have good knowledge of verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Job, so visiting the client's address is a must.
∎ Follow the instruction of Sales Team Leader and Sales -Plan to implement sales in the market.
∎ Research, prospect and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.
∎ Generate Sales for our services and products; Software, Website, Applications, and Automation System.
∎ Call respected clients to arrange to meet up and presentations.
∎ Sales generating over phone or email.
∎ Making proposition to the better sales plan.
∎ Maintain the current knowledge of software and industry.
∎ Explain the services and their benefits to customers for maximizing the use of the software.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
∎ Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
∎ You need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
