∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics marketing.
∎ 2 Years’ Experience on Door to Door Marketing.
∎ Regular market visits by area, maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners and ensuring effective sales numbers from potential leads.
∎ Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing necessary plans and strategies to achieve targets.
∎ Responsible for developing effective sales leadership, and ensuring adequate contribution of sales from the market.
∎ Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and perform appropriate follow-up for existing and new clients.
∎ Ensure trade marketing activities, field/market base campaign management and bring results considering achievements in terms of numbers.
∎ Pre-sales preparation, sales presentations, sales contract negotiations, conversion of potential customers to customers and sales services provided by the customer service department.
∎ Collect the right leads from channel partners and follow-up for sales.
∎ Product Analysis.
