∎ Strong written and verbal communication (English & Bangla)

∎ Basic knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS
∎ Social media content planning and ad handling
∎ Creative thinking and visual sense
∎ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
∎ Confidence in coordinating across departments and vendors

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and execute ongoing marketing campaigns, offers, and CSR activities
∎ Prepare promotional content and assist in brand communication and corporate presentations
∎ Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media houses
∎ Manage and monitor all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
∎ Ensure quick, professional query responses across pages
∎ Plan content calendars and campaigns; assist with Facebook Ads and boosts
∎ Draft proposals, official communication, and presentation materials for business deals
∎ Maintain organized records of communication with banks, partners, and institutions
∎ Collaborate in developing business promotion strategies
∎ Design static creatives such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and promotional visuals
∎ Create marketing materials (both online and offline) aligned with brand aesthetics
∎ Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all media
∎ Regularly update website banners, product info, blogs, visuals, and other content
∎ Liaise with developers if needed for backend updates
∎ Assist the department head with marketing and business-related activities
∎ Track ongoing tasks, coordinate internal follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
