Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expenses control, meeting projected sales target
∎ Developing sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for B2B markets
∎ Conducting regular market visit for new business avenue, competitor activities and searching for new opportunities
∎ Consulting with senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where it ensures a healthy growth of the business
∎ Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the territory
∎ Establishing a system of reports and communication, keeping sales reports, analyze the market potentiality and monitoring the performance of the sales
∎ Stay in regular follow-up with the production team to get regular price updates and market changes
∎ Creating market demand of all products through product marketing and stakeholder connections
∎ Meeting with potential buyers and exchanging ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business as well
∎ Arranging sales meeting on a regular basis
∎ Monitoring & controlling subordinate marketing and sales team for growth of the business (if any)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the marketing and sales in terms of B2B
∎ Proficiency in performance marketing, business development, stakeholder management, lead generation
∎ Market research, analysis, and competitor's data analysis
∎ Strong interpersonal skills (speaking proficiency in both English and Bangla)
∎ Foreign stakeholder correspondence would be an advantage
∎ Being able to understand basic cost measurement and scientific terms
∎ Must be skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Key Competency: Lead (Demand) Generation | Sales Planning and Execution| Revenue Driven | Holistic Growth Approach

Salary: Negotiable
