Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drinkwell will partner with multiple stakeholders including marketing firms, media, WASA, and other stakeholders and needs a marketing star to lead the engagement and drive success by growing the # of Drinkwell ATM cards sold and increasing the top-up amount credit sold at ATM Booths. All marketing ideas are on the table. Drinkwell wants to see results.
∎ Ability to simplify multiple sources of data into user-friendly formats such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for digital media marketing as well as online and offline marketing campaigns
∎ Ability to conduct market research, build action plans, and manage against milestones that grow number of users across Dhaka.
∎ Mastery of social media as a means to drive more awareness of Drinkwell’s partnership with Dhaka WASA
∎ Strong stakeholder management skills in attracting media coverage as well as partnering with government and private sector entities to drive more visibility, awareness and sale of water
∎ Solid project management skills through use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
∎ Bias for data-driven decision making by setting up tracking system for marketing campaigns and online activities.
∎ Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiency.
∎ Clear knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
∎ Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
∎ Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing technology applications.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance-based exciting on target earnings will be ensured.
