Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Sales & Marketing, Soap Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the status of the facilities and production on daily basis
∎ Check the raw material quality and communicate to your supervisor for any irrelevant issues
∎ Check quality of the finished products
∎ Prepare the daily report and communicate to your supervisor and ensure the information are reached to Cox bazar team
∎ Create new sell opportunities
∎ Create promotional & new marketing ideas
∎ Make regular market visits in the assigned working area
∎ Work closely with beneficiaries, donors, govt. officials and potential clients
∎ Maintaining liaison & coordinate with the other department to support uninterrupted production
∎ Communicate to the camp coordinator for any work need to be communicated to CiC or sector partners
∎ Provide necessary support to the plant supervisor to run at the plant smoothly
∎ Keep the all materials distribution documents, master roll etc.
∎ Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Preference will be given to those who are currently working in soaps & detergent production
∎ Will assist to contribute on project related issues and any other task assigned by supervisor
∎ Maintenance of utilities machineries and equipment's
∎ Must have good interpersonal communication and analytical skills
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application
∎ Sound knowledge on marketing strategies
∎ Knowledge about soap making process and quality control
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Report preparing
∎ Coordination and communication
∎ Motivation Skills
∎ Community mobilization
∎ Ability to work with team
∎ Organizing and planning
∎ Accountability
