Responsibilities & Context:
Looking for a Market Manager with experience in legal and accounts in similar role. We are looking for a market manager to manage a multi-storey market in Sylhet.
Able to use emails/word.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE, READ, WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.
Working hours:
Monday to Sunday except Friday - 10:00am to 8pm. 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Your role
Create market policies/process and tenant/lease holder management.
You need to manage with tenants and sales of shops.
Take details and refer all lease agreements to Director.
Work on rent recovery and maintenance.
Work with existing staff.
Report to Director.
You must have 3 years work experience in similar positions. Able to use emails and computer to work effectively.
