Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The duration of the proposed contract is up to 31st March 2020
∎ Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 - 8 years of experience in the relevant fields.
∎ Knowledge and skills in developing training curriculum/modules.
∎ Interpersonal skills and a good team player.
∎ Exposure in dealing with private sector.
∎ Understanding in the promotion of private service market.
∎ Communication, linkage, networking and negotiation capability with private and public institutions.
∎ Analytical and report writing skills.
∎ Operational skills of commonly used computer software including internets and websites.
∎ Promotion of Market Development and Systemic Thinking.
∎ Value chain/sub-sector analysis.
∎ Development of linkage with private and public institutions.
∎ Micro small enterprise/network development.
∎ Marketing extension and value chain approach.
∎ Strong understanding of M4P.
∎ Fluent in managing systemic change interventions.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
