Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets for fish Medicine; identify and onboard new agents in underserved markets.
Provide hands-on support to fish farmers to enhance productivity and profitability.
Conduct regular market visits and gather actionable feedback.
Organize training sessions for farmer development.
Establish and manage model aquaculture ponds, including coordination and reporting.
Resolve field-level issues faced by fish farmers promptly and effectively.
Support integration of new ponds into existing aquaculture operations.
