Job Responsibilities:
∎ To further scale of marketing network of NESL, we are seeking Market Development Managers (MDM) to develop and grow our Professional Employment Organization (PEO) business in Bangladesh and in this region. The MDM will be responsible for originating and growing our employment, HR and payroll outsourcing business in Bangladesh. The MDM will also be responsible for establishing relationships and creating effective collaboration between various specialized clients in the country. The role will focus on growing the sales and pipeline of NESL’s business through demand generation, origination and co-partnering opportunities with various businesses and organizations.
∎ Account Planning and Demand Generation: Facilitate and execute demand generation activities – internal and joint enablement sessions, briefing and events to develop qualified pipelines.
∎ Sales Origination: Conduct sales origination activities, including the execution of planning sessions with operations teams. Execute on these opportunities alongside sales origination and sales capture teams.
∎ Relationship Management: Maintain and develop sales level relationships with various potential customers to grow market share of NESL through collaborative business (co-sell), joint sell as well as to bring NESL’s sales strategy effectively to the field.
∎ Client Alignment & Field Engagement: Work across different entities and project related organizations to connect the right prospective client with the right opportunities.

∎ Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
∎ Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
∎ Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
∎ Plan and Implement marketing goals and strategy
∎ Promote business service
∎ Activate website and its access
∎ Prudent use of automation in business outreach
∎ Use of social media in reaching out to customer networking
∎ Ensure the right communication to attract prospective customers
∎ Ensure client satisfaction of existing portfolio
∎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
∎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
∎ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in business growth and practice building in outsourcing services.
∎ Excellent writing and communication ability.
∎ Power Point Presentation ability.
∎ Social media communication and management skill.
∎ Proven track record of building credibility with clients and bringing in new business, delivering financial results.
∎ Strong knowledge of human resource management, project management, short term and contract hiring, and experience in managing HR and project outsourcing services.
∎ Strong key skills in strategic sales, account management, and strong executive presence
∎ Team-oriented and self-starting individuals with the ability to form strong relationships and history of reaching out to outsource business.
