Education:
∎ Diploma in Commerce, Diploma in Business Studies, Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors are preferred;
Requirements:

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 1-2 years of internship or assistant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods/snacks industry, channel development and order follow-up experience are preferred;
∎ Good communication and coordination skills, able to seamlessly connect with business managers and departments;
∎ Proficient in using smartphones and team collaboration tools (WhatsApp);
∎ Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, PPT), with basic data collation and report writing skills;
∎ Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to handle simple English emails and communication;
∎ Active, hardworking, stress-resistant, able to adapt to frequent business trips and on-site work;
∎ Valid driver's license and driving experience are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow the marketing manager throughout the process to assist in channel development and customer visits;
∎ Coordinate and arrange the manager's schedule, meetings and field trips, organize and prepare visit materials in advance;
∎ Responsible for market research and data collection (store coverage, sales feedback, competitive product information, etc.), and regularly summarize reports;
∎ Collect, distribute and recycle samples and promotional materials to ensure timely on-site sales support;
∎ Assist in filling out and maintaining customer files and sales progress in CRM/Excel tables;
∎ Maintain communication with warehouse, dispatch and distribution personnel, follow up on order execution and receipt archiving;
