Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in garments marker making for specially woven Jacket also Pant ,Shirts etc.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Marker independently.
∎ Must know 100% accurate Marker grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order to avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Arrange style wise Marker designing and Marker grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of Marker and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
∎ All Kinds of Sample development as per buyer requirement.
∎ Understanding customer comment and applying as required
∎ Making the Marker after obtaining the buying office approval then issuing the same to the Cutting Department and the approved preproduction sample and finished marker to the production Department.
∎ Ensure fabrics consumption before booking bulk fabric by Merchandiser also fabric consumption for costing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill.
∎ Excellent knowledge in English both written and verbally.
∎ MUST BE LIVING IN GAZIPUR AREA.
