∎ Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
∎ Ensure financial health and sustainability by implementing robust financial controls and strategies.

∎ Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and investors.
∎ 5. Team Leadership and Development:
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
∎ 6. Compliance and Risk Management:
∎ Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
