Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take necessary steps to track production and optimize the productivity.
∎ Follow-up the requirements of accessories like Interlining, Tag Pin, Satin Tape, Mobilon Tape, Poplin Fabric, Mesh Fabric, Canvas Fabric, Elastic, Elastic Thread, Scotch Tape, Gum Tape etc. & ensure its delivery as per plan
∎ Ensure raw materials availability on-time in production floor and on-time delivery of finished goods.
∎ Responsible to send operational reports to the top management on regular basis.
∎ Set pricing of different types and measurement of Twill Tape, Elastic, Drawstring & Jacquard.
∎ Follow-up customers complain regarding product & solve the same.
∎ Monitor, lead, direct, appraise & trained-up subordinates to create successor in different leadership position.
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the Management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the Organization, Its Business Results and the Happiness and well-being of its Stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong personality with vast knowledge on people management.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years' experience in the same position.
