∎ Bachelor/Master's degree preferably Major in Marketing from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects and nurture them to convert into new clients.
∎ Maintain congenial relationship with existing clients to source out further opportunities.
∎ Monitor the team members' activities & performance, motivate and lead them to reach targets.
∎ Submit periodical (weekly, monthly) team activities report to the management.
∎ Forecast periodical (i.e. monthly, quarterly and annual) sales & Collection target.
∎ Ensure achievement of sales target & collection through team effort.
∎ Plan & implement various sales promotion in coordination with Branding & Digital Marketing team.
∎ Appraise periodical performance of the team members and prepare performance report to analyze for further improvements.
∎ Perform competitor analysis of real estate market trends on regular basis and suggest for any sales strategy changes in order to cope up with market demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should have minimum 10 years' (in which 3 years in relevant position) experience in Real Estate & Development sector.
∎ Should have excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skill.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Must be proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially in MS Office Package.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English.
