Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare appropriate plan and strategy;
∎ Working closely with R & D team to develop the new products
∎ Analyzing market to design and offer new products Identify new market prospects;
∎ Promoting the company's existing products and introducing new products to the market;
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales and other related team to increase the growth of company.
∎ Support business growth and development through preparation and execution of marketing objectives, advertising and promotional strategies
∎ Develop and monitor campaign budgets and collaborate with Accounts/finance staff to set and stay within budget.
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, competitor's activities and provide feedback to the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
