Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor/Master in Business Administration from any reputed university (local/abroad).
∎ Skills Required: Counseling, Leadership, Learning and Development, Motivation, PMS (KPI), Talent Development, Teamwork and collaboration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Change Management Initiatives, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead organizational L&D strategy and implement those initiatives for different level of employees.
∎ Conduct/facilitate all training programs physically or virtually including sales force.
∎ Drive the organizational core values, mission and vision across the company through training, coaching and other engagement initiatives.
∎ Design and implement the effective onboarding program as suitable for the organization.
∎ Develop Job description for each position as per guideline along with the competency framework development.
∎ Design and drive the talent management initiative and implement the most appropriate development plan for the employees.
∎ Lead the reward management system and link the performance with the reward by ensuring bell curve.
∎ Lead the performance management process and tools in collaboration with head of HR to ensure a performance driven culture.
∎ Develop the HR policies time to time to ensure the right culture in the organization in consultation with HOHR.
∎ Plan and drive different employee engagement activities time to time, specially observing the key day’s celebration at the company and other proactive HR engagement programs.
∎ Analyze exit interview findings and prepare reports to management and recommend way forwards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Proficiency in English language and Bangla

Salary: Negotiable
