Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Manager/Sr. Manager-ICT (Head of Department) to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company`s computing needs and manage the Deployment Plan, Design, Monitoring, Maintenance, Upgrade, and Support of all current IT systems including ERP operation.
∎ The successful candidate must have improved skills, proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of the industry`s best practice processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Information Technology and Computer systems and lead the team.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and Electronic data Operations.
∎ Look after the CC camera, server, network security, Back-up procedure, attendance systems and prepare proposals to upgrade those in a regular interval.
∎ Support the ERP system and manage and coordinate the people who are relating to ERP.
∎ Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
∎ Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
∎ Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
∎ Running and sharing regular operation system reports with Top Management.
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades and migrations.
∎ Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Working Experience as an IT - Manager or relevant experience
∎ Excellent knowledge of ERP, technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
∎ Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
