Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of knit fabric dyeing, shade matching, chemicals, and machine operations.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, supervise, and monitor the entire dyeing process to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Manage day-to-day dyeing operations including shade matching, recipe selection, and process control.
Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure proper utilization of dyes, chemicals, machines, and manpower to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical issues in the dyeing process and provide effective solutions.
Maintain proper documentation of dyeing processes, production reports, and quality records.
Train, guide, and monitor the dyeing team to improve skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
