Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve periodic sales and growth targets
∎ Expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market
∎ Identify potential markets and growth opportunities having full awareness of competition
∎ Build, promote, and maintain strong and lasting relationships with the clients
∎ Ensure pre-sales and post-sales support service to the clients
∎ Identify the needs of each customer and provide them specific solutions to address their needs
∎ Coordinate actively with the clients regarding billing and collection
∎ Plan, implement and manage development activities to improve sales operations
∎ Perform analysis and reporting of sales performance, market scenario, and other opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Must possess excellent leadership attributes
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Excellent analytical and presentation skills
∎ Ability to lead, manage and motivate the team
∎ Tech Savvy and willing to adapt new techniques
