Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic quality plans aligned with buyer requirements and organizational goals.
∎ Oversee the entire QA process — from fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing to packing and shipment.
∎ Ensure AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards are met or exceeded at all inspection points.
∎ Validate fit, workmanship, measurements, and technical specifications before shipment approval.
∎ Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection/rework rates and enhance first-pass yield.
∎ Stay updated with global QA best practices, technologies, and sustainability trends in garment manufacturing.
