Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective production plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, Production Head, IE & Supply Chain management team.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong follow-up.
∎ Follow up all pre-production activities, inspection & on time shipment to achieve the planning KPI.
∎ Ensure daily plan VS actual report with production, input issue, working hours & lost time.
∎ Monitor the order status & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Marketing for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning by ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Coordinate effectively with cutting, printing, embroidery and sewing department.
∎ Find out and solve any production anomalies and evaluate the production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Must be an expert to use ‘Fast React software’
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to monitor and inspire team members to achieve the set plan
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer and ERP
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system & control of plan.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
