∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Social Compliance will be considered as added qualification
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Technical Audit face
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, RMG Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, improve and maintain existing and new regulation in terms
∎ of compliance with the Electrical, Fire, Building safety, social, Technical, Latest version of all ISO certifications for Quality Environment and others required in RMG.
∎ Implement Buyers COC, BLL-2006, BLR-2015 and international standards.
∎ Provide proper guidelines to Compliance Team to maintain Buyer's COC & compliance related issues and conduct various type of internal audit for own factories.
∎ Handling all types of audit related to Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical / Building & Electrical Safety/ BSCI/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ISO/SMETA (Sedex)/COC/ICS/OCS/ SGV, Higg, SCS, RSC(Accord).
∎ Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor on compliance issues.
∎ Ensure update of all types factory documents and licenses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali and sufficient computer knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on upcoming Business Trends for Sustainable Growth.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
