∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering ( Post Graduate in Mathematics, Statistic will be given preference.
∎ Bachelor / Masters of any discipline from reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties and Responsibilities(General summary of functions):
∎ *To ensure that all allocated orders are executed in timely manner as per production plan.
∎ *Preparing Line Loading Plan.
∎ *Reduce Company Direct Labor Overtime Hours.
∎ *Identified Root cause of production quality issues and implemented solutions through introduction of additional process control.
∎ Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
∎ Daily Functions:
∎ 1. Team meeting and take necessary action for daily follow up.
∎ 2. Capacity Monitor
∎ 3. Materials Arrangement and loading balancing.
∎ 4. Strategic micro planning by floor wise.
∎ 5. Materials checking for coming week loading.
∎ 6. Daily production achievement monitor.
∎ 7. Prepare, communicate & ensure all assigned T & A has been followed in order to ensure the production schedule.
∎ 8. Follow up cutting & sewing materials from ETD to In House date.
∎ 9. Maintain communication with Macro planning team for any update information.
∎ 10. Follow up daily BG receiving status & update to production plan.
∎ 11. Maintain constant liaison with the Production Managers to ensure that all lines are complying with the production schedule based on Target set up.
∎ 12. Identify the low efficient lines & immediately work with production manager & amp; IPE manager in order to find possible solution to make sure on time completion of the production schedule. In case of failure need to escalate to the reporting senior for further decision.
∎ 13. Various reporting
∎ 14. Daily variance report
∎ 15. Order completion report
∎ 16. Follow UP all sewing get re-cut input before sewing finish date.
∎ 17. Follow up all sewing line input-Output & update production plan.
∎ Weekly Function.
∎ 1. Weekly production review meeting with Production manager.
∎ 2. Weekly Alert report.
∎ Monthly Functions:
∎ Prepare Dummy production plan & update materials ETA as well as production package status based on CPC & PMC team information.
∎ Clear knowledge about upcoming two (02) months order status.
∎ Monthly line performance report
∎ Monthly consolidation report Etc.
∎ Prepare Monthly cutting loading report as per production plan.
∎ Arrange Sample for coding and review meeting before 15th of every month and based on this make the plan.
∎ Collect MO & color sample picture from merchandising and distribute to the concern persons.
∎ Other Regular Functions:
∎ Every Wednesday update production plan as per 21 days cutting report.
∎ Maintain strong communication with PMC & commercial team.
∎ Maintain communication with Micro planner & get update for coming 07 days cutting status for smooth cutting production.
∎ Weekly line performance report.
∎ Forecast( 2 weeks before) for delay orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on production planning. Experience on ERP and Fast React.
∎ Good Communication in English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
∎ Good Counseling capability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Don`t worry about Eid Bonus. You will get your bonus according to company policy which will calculated from your joining date with a certain percentage as per the policy.
